dotdigital rated top e-marketer in global research by Forrester Wave
The international tech buyers’ guide called Croydon-based e-marketer dotdigital a “strong performer”.
dotdigital has been named as one of the top 13 global email marketing service providers in Q2 2020 in a research paper published by Massachusetts-based Forrester Research.
The Forrester Wave reports evaluated email marketing companies against 23 criteria to identify the strongest providers in the market today. dotdigital’s Engagement Cloud marketing product was identified as a “tech-first option” and the Croydon-based company was named as a “Strong Performer”.
The research paper is designed to provide guidance to buyers in B2C technology products and services marketplace. The research scored dotdigital highly for its capabilities and vision and was lauded for “winning clients at a rate unmatched by all of its larger competitors”. dotdigital was founded in 1999 and is one of Croydon’s biggest tech success stories. The company started over a drink in the pub and has now grown to over 350 employees and serves over 4,000 brands.
The publicly listed company is led by CEO Milan Patel. In 2018 dotdigital was named one of the London Stock Exchange Group’s 1,000 companies to inspire Britain.
